President of ServiceMaster Clean by Robinson, Jim has been in the cleaning and

restoration industry for over 30 years. Jim founded his ServiceMaster Clean franchise in 1989 and has been hard at work ever since creating the most technically advanced cleaning and restoration business in the South Florida area. Jim holds certifications from the I.I.C.R.C in water damage restoration and mold remediation. He also has certifications in applied structural drying. Jim has made a dedication to staying on the cutting edge of the industry to insure the best quality of service is applied to every project. Jim lives in Sunrise, FL with his wife Susan.

Vice Presdident of Operations, Brad has been managing the day to day functions

of ServiceMaster Clean by Robinson for the last 5 years. Brad grew up in the ServiceMaster Clean family and has an extensive knowledge of the industry. Brad specializes in the restoration division and has the following restoration certifications: I.I.C.R.C water damage restoration, I.I.C.R.C mold remediation, HAZWOPER Training and Commerical Disaster Restoration Large Loss Procedures. Brad has overseen restoration projects from small to large, including catasrophe response to several hurricanes, including the restoration of Galveston Island affected by hurricane Ike. Brad lives in Ft Lauderdale, FL with his wife Brooke.

Gordon Frost is our Director of Marketing and Sales. He has been with us for 2 years

and has an extensive array of knowedge about the insurance industry. In previous years he has worked to start up new insurance companies from the ground up and is extremely familiar with the industry as a whole. Gordon has been instrumental in setting up new contracts for ServiceMaster Clean, including several national accounts. His expertise has been invaluable in coordinating our contacts within the insurance industry and Gordon makes regular visits to our contacts to keep our relationships solid. If you are looking for an agreement between your company and ServiceMaster Clean by Robinson, Gordon Frost will be a key player in the process.

Denise Malave came to ServiceMaster Clean by Robinson in 2007. She is our Director

of Office Facilities. Denise has a strong backround in customer relations and as the first point of contact with our customers, excels in creating a positive relationship and making sure our schedules are in order. Denise mantains all of our crews scheduling and also manages our billings, both residential and insurance. She brings a strong organizational role to the company and mantains customer relationships through mailings and phone calls.

Gary Barker is ServiceMaster Clean by Robinsons' Head Crew Cheif of Restoration. He

has been with the company for 7 years, and excels in the residential restoration process. Gary has water damage restoration certification from the I.I.C.R.C. and has worked on thousands of jobsites over the years. His customer service record is outstanding and is often praised by our restoration customers for putting them at ease at a difficult time. If you experience a water damage, you will most likely come into contact with Gary, so be rest assured you are in good hands.
