To remove mold growth from structural members such as studs and trusses, we use dry ice blasting to acheive a level of clean that is above all others in a timeframe that is manageable.
Dry ice blasting is similar to sand blasting, but instead of sand dry ice pellets are used to blast mold from all affected structural members. This method leaves no mess behind to clean up afterward because the dry ice pellets sublimate back into gas after they strike the surface they are cleaning.
