Hot Water Extraction

also referred to as "steam cleaning" is the

method we use primarily at ServiceMaster Clean by Robinson to clean your carpet and upholstery. This method of cleaning is the ONLY method recognized by the I.I.C.R.C. to be used after a water damage restoration, and it's for a good reason! Hot water extraction when compared with other methods of cleaning, such as dry cleaning, creates a huge amount of vacuum to draw as much soiling out of the carpet or upholstery as possible. We use all synthetic detergents, which leave absolutely no sticky residues after drying, as opposed to other systems which use petroleum based products. All of our technicians are expertly trained to use the best array of products for different types of staining, and we do all of our spot treatments at no additional cost to you!
